DG-Total Collagen Assay Kit는 샘플에서 hydroxyproline을 정량할 수 있는 방법입니다. 다양한 샘플에서의 hydroxyproline은 chloramine-T, Ehrlich’s reagent와 반응하여 560 nm에서 발색을 띄는 물질을 생성하여 측정할 수 있습니다. Hydroxyproline은 주로 콜라겐에만 존재하므로 콜라겐 함량의 지표로 사용할 수 있습니다.
